The goal of this multisensory resource is to bring children to fluency with their basic math facts, and to lay a comprehensive background in number sense. Use this product with your whole class or one-on-one to meet your students where they are. Go beyond memorization of facts and bring understanding to early number concepts through stories and images. Beginners will gain all this in a kid-friendly way that includes elements that visual, tactile, and kinesthetic learners need in order to thrive. Children who struggle with math will benefit from this right-brained approach: one that uses images, body movement, and stories to teach basic math facts. Addition and subtraction are fundamental to all other math disciplines, so we start here laying number sense visually so that children go beyond learning math facts to understanding what numbers mean and how they work.

About Right-Brained Addition & Subtraction

Right-Brained Addition & Subtraction takes a left-brained subject (symbols, abstract concepts, rules to memorize) and integrates right-brained elements such as visuals and body motion in order to engage the multiple regions in the brain in the learning process. This means the content will be easy for kids to learn and remember.

In addition to the physical book, you will receive a free downloadable student workbook for print at home!

The Student Workbook are pages that are in the book, but are combined into a PDF for ease of printing out all the copies you need.
